New Tenant Services
We offer applicant screening for potential tenants including; credit check, rental history, eviction records, employment, criminal background check and more. Once a potential tenant is approved we prepare and execute leases as well as collect deposits and first-month rent.
Record Keeping
We maintain complete records of your property. This includes rent collected, repair receipts and year-end statements like your 1099.
Maintenance
We coordinate all necessary repairs; obtaining estimates for major repairs.
Emergency 24/7
We are on-call for emergencies 24/7. All tenants have the phone number of their dedicated property manager.
Rent Collection
We collect rent from all tenants and provide statements to the owners showing rental proceeds each month.
Inspections
We complete interior inspections of properties anytime an owner asks. We also complete monthly drive-by inspections of your property without request.
Difficult Tenant Care
We take care of difficult tenants so you don't have to and will file for eviction when necessary on behalf of the owner.
